失約,遲到,或取消政策

 No-Show, Late, & Cancellation Policy

  • DESCRIPTION 概要
    “No Show” shall mean any patient who fails to arrive for a scheduled appointment. “Same Day Cancellation”  shall mean any patient who cancels an appointment less than 24 hours before their scheduled appointment.  “Late Arrival” shall mean any patient who arrives at the clinic 20 minutes after the expected arrival time for the scheduled appointment.
    “失約“意思是任何顧客在預約時間沒有出現。“即日取消”意思是顧客在預約時間前少於二十四小時內取消約期。“遲到”意思是任何顧客在預約時間後20分鐘或以上才應約。
     

  • POLICY 政策
  • It is the policy of the practice to monitor and manage appointment no-shows and late cancellations. Peticare Medical Group’s goal is to provide excellent care to each patient in a timely manner. If it is necessary to cancel an appointment, patients are required to call or leave a message to our Vet Booking Reminder Whatsapp Contact (9088 8652)at least 24 hours before their appointment time. Notification allows the practice to better utilize appointments for other patients in need of prompt medical care. 此政策目的為監控和管理失約、遲到或取消預約期 的情況。本動物醫療集團的目的是為病寵提供卓越和適時的醫療服務。若顧客有需要取消預約期,必須在約期前24小時致電或在動物醫院WhatsApp留言通知; 這樣才能更有效為其他有需要的病寵提供服務。

  • PROCEDURE 具體程序
     
  • I.                 A client is notified of the appointment “No-Show, Late, & Cancellation Policy” at the time of scheduling. This policy can and will be provided in writing to clients at their request, and a link will be provided on their Whatsapp Appointment Reminder. 在顧客預約時,動物醫院會知會顧客有關失約、遲到或取消預約期的政策。此政策會因應顧客的需求而發出書面版本,同時診所亦會提供一條連結在WhatsApp給予顧客一則預約備忘。

     

    II.          Established clients 長期顧客(舊顧客):

    a)                Appointment must be cancelled at least 24 hours prior to the scheduled appointment time via Whatsapp at Vet Clinic Booking (9088 8652). 顧客必須在預約期最少二十四小時前透過Whatsapp  (90888652) 通知醫院取消預約。   

    b)               In the event a client arrives late as defined by “late arrival” to their appointment, the Peticare Medical Group animal hospitals reserve the right to see on time appointments prior to seeing said “late arrival”.
    If said “late arrival” cannot be seen by the provider on the same day, they will be rescheduled for a future clinic visit, if available. 若顧客被定義為“遲到”,動物醫院保留有關實行“遲到”  的處理政策。若顧客在預約當天"遲到"而無法安排已預約的醫生應診, 動物醫院將會儘量安排一個新的預約。

    c)            In the event a client has incurred three (3) documented “no-shows” and/or “same-day cancellations,” the client may be subject to paying a deposit prior to making their next booking at all Peticare Medical Group animal hospitals. 若顧客累積3次或以上在預約當天失約或少於24小時內取消預約,在以後的預約前需預先支付按金予動物醫院。 以上政策適用於本 集團旗下所有醫院(分店)  

     

     

    III. New clients 新顧客:

    a)               Appointment must be cancelled at least 24 hours prior to scheduled appointment time via Whatsapp at Vet Clinic Booking 9088 8652. 顧客必須在預約期最少二十四小時前透過Whatsapp  (90888652) 通知醫院取消預約。

    b)                In the event a client arrives late as defined by “late arrival” to their appointment, the Peticare Medical Group animal hospitals reserve the right to see on time appointments prior to seeing said “late arrival”.
